Co-founder and Editor-in-chief, Fantastic Man

Journalist Gert Jonkers is the co-founder and editor-in-chief of men’s style magazine Fantastic Man (2005). Jonkers is also co-founder and contributing editor of BUTT (2001), The Gentlewoman (2010) and The Happy Reader (2014, in collaboration with publisher Penguin). Anthologies of Jonkers' magazines are available through Phaidon and Taschen. Jonkers has been writing about people, music, art and fashion since 1992, for his own publications and for daily newspapers New York Times, De Volkskrant, Het Parool and NRC Handelsblad. He lives and works in Amsterdam and London.
