Born and bred in Sydney, Eva Galambos attended UNSW and the College of Fine Arts before embarking on a 12-year career as a commercial fashion agent in London and Sydney, responsible for brand management, national sales and marketing, working with designers including Giorgio Armani and Nicole Farhi.
In 2001 Eva opened Parlour X in Sydney, the internationally renowned luxury boutique and home to the world's most coveted and influential designer collections. Over time, Eva rapidly earned a reputation as Australia's most prominent buyer and one of the most influential Australian fashion ambassadors abroad.
Eva uses her exposure to the major European Fashion Houses to help the local Australian Industry. Eva is proud to mentor emerging designers and present them with commercial opportunities. Today, Eva continues to be a sought-after spokesperson for the state of the industry, regularly sitting on panels, joining charities and giving speeches; all part of her commitment to share her experiences and help foster the next generation of fashion success stories.
