Alison Veness is well known for supporting and mentoring emerging designers and talent. Throughout her tenure as an editor and publisher at ACP Magazines, Veness launched many initiatives driving awareness of the Australian fashion industry, both locally and abroad. 

Veness studied at the London College of Fashion. She went on to work at The London Evening Standard and The Independent in the UK among other publications. As a journalist, she has interviewed an international portfolio of respected identities. Veness contributes to the British Fashion Council and was a director of the Australian Fashion Council.
