Merging professional experience along with shared passions of art and design, longtime friends Laurence Chandler and Joshua Cooper launched Rochambeau in 2011.  Within just a few seasons, Rochambeau began to receive industry recognition, becoming 2013 finalists for the Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation and W Hotels Fashion Next program.  From their studios in Tribeca, the designers have positioned Rochambeau as a brand rooted in the grit and mystery of New York City, while also offering a modern vision for today’s man.  In 2016, Rochambeau won the prestigious Woolmark Prize and became finalists for the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund.
